  • Update to nodejs version 14
  • Update the packages to the newest version
  • Remove unused PostCSS plugins

Thanks! Makes sense to ship a more minimalistic stack with the Demo package (and this should get rid of a couple of dependencies with the hope of getting less dependabot alerts as you said)
