This PR needs to be merged together with netobserv/netobserv-ebpf-agent#55

To make/test changes incrementally, FLP Kafka communication is via Protobuf when receiving data from eBPF but still JSON in IPFIX mode.

After this PR, I will fix FLP to produce correct protobuf messages and then make this option by default here.
