Importing Certs with sslkeyfile

I am trying to import the keyfile, and it only seems to work if the original file is not b64encoded. I am trying to upload a file using netscaler.adc.systemfile and then import the file into the Netscaler with the netscaler.adc.systemfile module. If the file is encoded before i use systemfile then I assume the formatting is all wrong as there are no newline characters, just one continuous line. I was looking at the fileencoding option, but doesnt seem like that takes any values. Is there anyway around this? Or is there an option on import for it to understand the file format without the new line?

nevermind i figured out my issue.
