Checking how to do this with scipy's spatial transformations module.

It has nice functionality also for interpolating rotations.

Well done @sfmig, I really like your approach using rotational alignment of two vectors. Perhaps it's time to have a go at a first implementation of egocentric transformation? Perhaps as from movement.transforms import to_egocentric?

I know this was not on you to-do list for this term, but you seem to have already done most of the conceptual work.

yeah I'd be happy to have a go!

I made a note for my next on-week for movement (it may be in a while, do let me know if this becomes priority tho)
