feat(Mobile): New Quickstart for Mobile Applicaiton Exit Info

Summary

We created a new quickstart for Mobile Application Exit events. These are a new event type being added by the Mobile Agent team to the Android agent that captures application event info. This is being released as part of New Relic's support for Application Not Responding events.
