Complete init functionality

Added 3n4cli command init functionality to create from scratches a new PGP key for the user (if none provided).

Gold master: fully featured version

We're adding multi-platform execs to test 3n4 features.
You'll find:

• Mac OS 3n4cli binary: 3n4cli-darwin-amd64-v0.1.8_gm.tar.gz;
• Linux (Debian, Fedora and all GNU libc based distros): 3n4cli-linux-amd64-v0.1.8_gm;
• Alpine Linux (and all musl libc based distros): 3n4cli-alpine-linux-amd64-v0.1.8_gm;
• Alpine Linux complete build (with server services): 3n4-complete-alpine-linux-amd64-v0.1.8_gm.tar.

Fixed some minor issues

This pre-release fix some minor issues found on the 0.1.5-beta version. The tar archive contains binaries compiled for Alpine Linux (uses musl lib instead of glibc). We strongly suggest to use our Docker images: https://hub.docker.com/u/nexo/dashboard/
