Releasing an new version

1. Increase the version in appinfo/info.xml and commit to branch

2. Tag the release:

make release version={version}

3. Upload build/artifacts/announcementcenter-{version}.tar.gz to the tag

4. Create the release on the appstore:

   • URL: https://github.com/nextcloud/announcementcenter/releases/download/v{version}/announcementcenter-{version}.tar.gz
   • Signature from terminal output

5. Announce on twitter 📣
