Empty groups have no delete icon

This occours only in the new user management of NC14

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #9523 (A file completely disappears after deleting from a group folder), #5534 (Empty trash), #1965 (can't delete directory ), #2954 (cannot delete group with a slash in its name), and #4849 (Group Folder icon not applying theme).
