Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Files
  2. Change to Recent
  3. Click on modified to change sort order

Expected behaviour

Files should be ordered by date

Actual behaviour

Nothing

Server configuration

Nextcloud version: 13.0.5 / 14.0.0 Beta 4

Sorting in recent view disabled with this commit 2139a03

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #3047 (Change a files date modified?), #2349 (Files in the zip sent when downloading a folder should not have their date modified), #10258 (files dates ( enhancement )), #107 (Deleted file expiry date), and #1071 (Not possible to view files inside of Deleted Files).

This is on design, this is unfortunately not available in other views
