Link preview: toggle button part of selection

Describe the bug
When selecting over paragraphs in the editor, the toggle buttons for link previews become part of the selection

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
The link preview toggle should not become part of the selection.

This has been resolved by only showing the toggle button when the cursor is inside the link. So there is no way of selecting it.
