::2018 VERSION::
- This version allows utf8mb4 as a charset option (current pip version does not). Also, will use utf8mb4_unicode_ci vs utf8mb4_general_ci (esnme/ultramysql:master currently has that)

::Install 2018 Version::
- pip install umysql-2018
