OverlayPlugin 0.18.1

IMPORTANT: This does not fix the parser. You still need an updated FFXIV plugin to use ACT with FFXIV 6.1.

This update fixes the memory signatures for FFXIV 6.1 (thanks @quisquous!) and contains a few smaller fixes.

• Each overlay now has a Clear Cache button.
• WebSocket connections are now always cleaned up.
• EffectiveDistance in the EnmityTargetData event is now more precise. (#249, thanks @quisquous)
• Updated Chinese translations (@ShadyWhite)

The .7z and .zip downloads are identical. Just different archive formats. Download whichever is easier for you to extract.
