When i launch NHQM, it says to overight the original files and then it says that the acces to path is denied. Screenshot on the orignal post on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/NiceHash/comments/mh6f2u/cant_launch_nicehash_quickminer/

Your AV or Windows Defender is blocking NiceHashQuickMiner.exe. You will need to allow it on your device. Check this issue: #204
