I have changed the installation instructions to set poll as available only to moderators. Due to this I also removed the /poll close - Close the voting and show results from the voting message, as it would be shown to participants who can not use the command (but if you prefer to keep it just drop the last commit).

Maybe something similar should be done for guests too, as they can not use the vote command even if enabled for them?

The "poll" command makes possible to create new polls as well as close
the current poll, no matter which user created it. Therefore, it is best
suited as a command available only to moderators of the conversation
(but it can be made available to users too if needed; this only changes
the recommended way to configure it).

The voting results may be shown to participants who can not close the
poll. Participants who can use the "poll" command can check how to use
it with "/help poll", so the hint is no longer shown in the generic
voting results.
