Notes

• now lists and correlates route-labeled kantive resources (see #1). thanks @toVersus!
• uses ascii characters for the dependency tree (see #6).
• includes a verbose version for inspect that shows apiGroups for resources (see #7)
• fixes the packaging for the main function (see #3)

Known Issues

• Passing the --kubeconfig flag does not work. You should provide cluster config using $KUBECONFIG env var. This will be fixed in the new release.
