Summary

Update docstrings for pydra.engine.core. Maybe pydra.engine.state as well

Checklist

    (we are using black: you can pip install pre-commit,
    run pre-commit install in the pydra directory
    and black will be run automatically with each commit)

:class:`Workflow` instances inherit.

TODO: Which functions ares in Tasbase that are not overwritten in subclasses
