This is the latest ROS2 Foxy base workspace. Download this workspace to get access to ros2
and its related base components. Unzip this into /opt/ros/foxy/
.
NOTE: core dependencies (colcon, opencv, etc.) still have to be installed separately. See the installation instructions to set all of that up (but use this binary instead of the one they provide).
