fix error 'setw' is not a member of 'std' in Wandbox example

Example on Wandbox does not run. I get error:

prog.cc: In function 'int main()':
prog.cc:37:18: error: 'setw' is not a member of 'std'
     std::cout << std::setw(4) << j << '\n';

I added #include <iomanip> in example.
Now example run without errors.
