Initial alpha release

The is the first release of the Ghostwriter.

To install the firmware to a Tiny 2040 device:

1. Press the boot button
2. (while holding the boot button) Press the reset button (or reconnect the device)
3. Drag and drop lorem.uf2 to the removable media

To print the case, download ghostwriter.3mf, and print with 100% infill and 0.2mm layer height.
