Obtain entries not present in another ilists.

Similar: union, intersection, difference, symmetricDifference, isDisjoint.

var y = [['b', 'd'], [2, 4]];
xilists.difference(x, y).map(c => [...c]);

var y = [['b', 'd'], [-2, -4]];
xilists.difference(x, y).map(c => [...c]);
