Updated to group issues under their respective topics. I think we need to keep having the backport-to-12 discussion as our first agenda item until that’s resolved, as the early January deadline is very soon.

@GeoffreyBooth thanks for moving things around. I personally think we should be discussing the unflagging of 12.x as a separate concern to the three issues you filed underneath, would you be opposed to teasing them apart again? (I can do the work, just don't want to do it if you object).

I commented in the unflagging issue with the latest plan based on discussions at the summit

No, please feel free to edit as you see fit. I had thought that those issues were the determining factors for backporting, but if that’s not the case then sure let’s discuss them separately.
