For the companies which give paid time to work on Node.js, it'd be good to know to what extent. A day a week? Half time? Full time? Project-by-project basis? It'd also be useful to get an idea of how varied that work can be--do they need to work on feature dev directly related to a product need or can they do more generalized supporting work like making releases, doing maintenance tasks, etc.
