Option to check CI status on Travis (or GitHub API) instead of Jenkins #365

Some projects don't use Jenkins, which means git node land will always warn as "no CI run detected" for those projects. We could add a config option to check only for Travis (or only check the GitHub Check status) on those projects. This would work nicely with #364.
