events: improve max listeners warning #27694

This adds the constructor name of the event target to the emitted
warning. Right now it's difficult to identify where the leak is
actually coming from and having some further information about the
source will likely help to identify the source.

Checklist
  • make -j4 test (UNIX), or vcbuild test (Windows) passes
  • tests and/or benchmarks are included
  • documentation is changed or added
  • commit message follows commit guidelines

Looks good as a semver-patch to me, there don't seem to be cases of sniffing for the exact error message in popular packages.
