  1. doc: replace sks keyserver pool 

    The keyserver <pool.sks-keyservers.net> has been deprecated
and turned off. The instructions in the documentation to import
the keys do not work anymore.

This replaces it with <keys.openpgp.org> from which all but two
of the keys in the documentation can be imported.
