This seems like a patch-only update with no real changes? This feels like a lot of noise for that.

Not sure why neither the GitHub widget nor the nodejs-github-bot are picking up the fact that there's been more recent Jenkins runs but here are two ones that are going right now.

This seems like a patch-only update with no real changes? This feels like a lot of noise for that.

You're not wrong, but still, for me, most of the noise is due to CI unreliability (and, uh, perhaps my own penchant for leaving lots of comments....). Otherwise, this would have been landed via fast-track far earlier.

I don't know if it was quite this small, but we had an issue where an update like this broke things on one of the containered builds in Jenkins, so I'm personally OK with small updates like this. Makes it easy to see when something broke instead of having to dig for the needle in the haystack of tons of dependencies being updated at once.
