Fix formatting on blog post overview (see #1717)

Found the culprit: The release blog posts had lists without closing `</li>`. As the first few blog posts are shown with an excerpt, this messed up the layout.

Also took the time to fix some other HTML issues and to delete all untranslated blog posts from the Ukrainian locale. Sorry for the huge PR.
