Something isn't a fixed phrase of a programming name, so we can translate them. Because this is the explaination for Debain X.
Plz compare with Fedora 19 (Schrödinger's Cat), we CANNOT translate 薛定谔的猫 here because this is the FIXED PHRASE of a system:)
总而言之，是否翻译取决于是否这个是专用术语，或者是某系统的代号，名称和特殊用法。如果符合以上特征不建议翻译。但是如果是为专用术语解释的可以翻译。
All in all, whether to translate depends on whether it is a fixed pharse, or the alias for some system, name or special cases. If one of them is met, I don't think it needs translating except for some explainations.
