Working on IDE

Please test :

• Editor (I upgrade Ace editor to new version , also i add autocomplete, code snippets support)
• Files reopening (when the file is opened, but toggled click on file in left side bar should reopen the file), related to this Maximize file when clicked on it's name in the tree #152

It's very important to test this , and confirm that IDE works as excepted.
