[Feature request] Dark mode

Are you talking about a user toggleable, like in the navbar area, or toggleable in the config area by a site admin?

Personally, I would say in the navbar to give the user more choice.

The dark mode feature is exactly what I was looking for but I cannot find the toggle button on my wiki

The toggle can be turned on in Admin > Configuration Manager
