Upload animation is working inconsistently after first upload from GUI

Actual behaviour

1. When uploading a file from GUI the first "+" animation works, after that for any upload it will work randomly.
   ** Once clearing completed from list- it will work again.

Expected behavior

1. It should work after every upload...

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to bucket
2. Upload a file- see + animation on uploads icon
3. Upload another file
