dd on the last line of a document should remove the line, not just clear its contents #15

If you dd while on the last line of a document, it will only clear its text.

It should also delete the line. So, if you dd on the 4th line of a 4-line document, your document should now only have 3 lines.

This seems to be dependent on whether or not there is a <cr> on the last line before EOF
