The Arabic block includes U+0605 ARABIC NUMBER MARK ABOVE, which is one of the marks spanning numbers, but unlike the other marks spanning numbers it is used with Coptic Epact Numbers (Unicode Chart, proposal).
Since these numbers seem to be used with Arabic text, and the sign is in Arabic block, would it make sense to include these numbers in the Arabic sources (possibly from https://github.com/notofonts/coptic), so that the number sign in Noto Arabic can actually be used?
