This is the first version of the application.
It has all major functionalities:

• Package Search
• Option Search
• Notification with revisons of channels
• Settings menu for disabling notifications

Work to be done:

• make the notifications only notify on changes and only show the relevant changes.
• make a proper screen for monitoring NixOS channels
• make a proper APK file and github workflow
