NV-2577 💅🏽 Update the intercom icon (helpdesk dialogue) and place it in the top right corner

What?

The intercom icon (helpdesk dialogue)

Why? (Context)

Currently it's on the bottom right corner cover some of the buttons, and block interaction.

Definition of Done

• The intercom icon (helpdesk dialogue) is replaced with the question mark icon
• The location of that button is the top right corner
• Click on the icon opens dialogue and icon marked gradient colour
• Second click lick on the button is closing dialogue
• x cross on the right top corner of the pop-up panel is closing dialogue
• for the self hosted clients it should open the discord in a separate page
• remove the logic from the integrations sidebar that shows/hides the intercom popup window
