🎸 - compared the updated Coordinator ABI in mainnet.json to what we deployed on lynx in the lynx.json file and it looks the same.

@cygnusv, now that the council has upgraded the Coordinator contract on mainnet (https://polygonscan.com/tx/0x17b1741aff75428c505ffdc84c8b870cb142125ee23aef7c71346565a244d0a1#eventlog), should we merge this PR and do a nucypher-contracts release? (cc @piotr-roslaniec for taco-web related update - nucypher/taco-web#485).
