Features:

• Extended request/send-workflow with multiple distribution sites
  • automatic selection of suitable distribution site when registering a shipment
  • user role for distribution site to read (outgoing) shipment information
• Self-selection of site services disabled (OrgGroupAdmin can still control them)
• WWS-XML export from shipment list rather than requests list
• Document-tab for organizations, for exchange of documents with OrgGroupAdmin

• Fix a bug that showed the wrong address in map popups
