Update to latest package set, adds shell params to spawn/exec calls. Should fix #205 and nwolverson/vscode-ide-purescript#223
This uses my updated fork https://github.com/wclr/purescript-psc-ide, I've made PR kritzcreek/purescript-psc-ide#59.
Also added, Rename refactor fixes to this PR.
