refactor: convert java to kotlin and add support for kotlin #657

Description:

  • Refactored existing Java code to Kotlin
  • Added full support for Kotlin within the project, including necessary configurations, dependencies, and build adjustments.

Why:

  • Kotlin offers enhanced syntax, reduced boilerplate, and better null-safety, improving code quality and maintainability.
  • AndroidDataStore that will be implemented requires Kotlin
