observe_boardhas been replaced byobserve_dashboardfor more than a year. Dashboards were originally added in de467c1. The deprecation was officially acknowledged in 4047220, at the start of 2023.This entirely removes the resource, data source, and client API code.
I have no immediate plan to merge this and am going to opportunistically pursue removals as time permits until we accumulate enough to batch into a v0.15.
