This update refines the existing hr.json file and marks the beginning of a systematic localisation effort for the Croatian language

Completed (hr) translation for the a number of sections, including: - Starter content: ensured clarity in welcome message. - Drag and Drop: refined file and tab operations. - Window controls: adjusted system navigation terms. Biggest open question: The biggest uncertainty is whether to keep "vault" as is, or fully introduce "spremište". Personally, "spremište" resonates with me, but I'm unsure if it will for others. The challenge with "spremište" is its use across many combinations of terms, making it tricky to keep translations natural and consistent. 🤔
