This PR adds instructions for how Ocropy can be installed into a standalone virtualenv, instead of installing the dependencies system-wide. Tested on Ubuntu 13.04 in a virtualenv without system libraries.
This also changes the scripts to use
/usr/bin/env
instead of/usr/bin/python
so that they can be executed directly from inside the virtualenv.
