2.4.2: anastasis

This fork: wrenches are still not allowed and the scrollbars are elongated.

Official changes:

• Rebuilt with latest libs
• Set config path to config/3ds-hbmenu
• Bundle with config/ssl/cacert.pem for libcurl

Dust-off the 3DS, put it back into a drawer

Nothing changed besides merged upstream changes.
Wrenches are still not allowed.

It's the same as 2.1.1 with "Settings" button removed.
On some hax it actually does something, not in my case.
Scrollbar is full height now.
