[GEN-1915]: removed service-map and trace-view buttons from overview …

…navigation (#1922)

This pull request includes a small change to the
`frontend/webapp/reuseable-components/tab-list/index.tsx` file. The
change comments out the 'Service map' and 'Trace view' tabs instead of
removing them entirely.
