Description
There is a new implementation pattern for open metadata archives where the archive helper has the intelligence to build different types of instances (eg Assets, SchemaTypes etc ...). This PR moves the simple catalog archives to use these new helper methods.
The original catalog builder classes are no longer used and so there are deleted. The archives are updated in content packs.
The update to the open metadata types for version 3.9 is included in this
