[Feature] Allow to specify PitchTuning above 1200 #33

When 54-keys sampleset is extended up to 61-key, then previous pipes from 43-49 are borrowed for 55-61 with PipeXXXPitchTuning=1200.

But if the original pipes already have positive PipeXXXPitchTuning, the the resulting Pipe055PitchTuning - Pipe061PitchTuning should be greater than 1200. Now Grandorgue (0.1.3238-8.os) does not allow to specify PitchTuning greater than 1200.

This issue request to increase the limit up to 1800.
