Unclear error message "Internal PortAudio error" #52

When an error occurs with audio in the PortAudio sound port, GrandOrgue displays only Internal PortAudio error without any explanation.

The reason is that PortAudio has both error code and an error message. Most of errors in CoreAudio API have the same error code Internal Error with different error messages. GrandOrgue now doesn't use the original error message and displays onlly the text representation of the error code,
