Leloo Dallas Multi Streams

This release adds support for:

• Priority-based consumption of multiple streams #11 (huge thanks to @olisolomons)
• Providing metadata to the consumer function of the message id, consumer name, stream name etc #14
• Compatibility with carmine 3.2
