- Lameta now always enforces strict ASCII with no spaces on file and folder names

Important
This release will only work with Windows and M1, M2, and M3 Macs. We apologize for the delay in releasing a version that works with Intel Macs.
Fixes:
- Don't touch the case of keywords, topics, or person codes
- lameta will now be more resilient when some other process is grabbing our files (e.g. the nefarious One Drive). This problem typically shows up when renaming people and sessions. Note, we haven't found a way to entirely defend against interference from these cloud backup programs. But lameta will detect more of the situations now and even "heal" a project in some situations.
