According to IEEE Std 1278.1-2012 section 7.3.3 Detonation PDU h), the descriptor can be of the following type

Descriptor. This field shall describe the detonation represented by one of the following types of
Descriptor records: Munition Descriptor (6.2.19.2), Explosion Descriptor (6.2.19.3), or Expendable
Descriptor (6.2.19.4)

and variable parameter l)

This field shall specify the parameter values for each Variable
Parameter record that is included (see 6.2.94 and Annex I).

so these can be of the types:

  • Articulated Part VP record
  • Attached Part VP record
  • Entity Association VP Record
  • Entity Type VP record
  • Separation VP record

so these fields have been updated and test file have been added
